Classes are designed for clients who pay on a regular 5/6 week basis securing their place in class. I do not run drop-in classes. Each class holds a maximum of 12 people. I suggest that all new clients entering an already established class, complete a private personal training session before starting. This is to ensure you are safe whilst exercising and gives me a chance to assess your body and its movements properly.
