A class for anyone starting at or near the beginning of their pilates journey with a strong focus on joint and back care. 121 recommeded before anyone enters an already established class.
A class suitable for intermediate levels with a focus on different options and plenty of modifications. Levels of intensity vary depending on which level you choose on the day.
This class is designed for the more advanced level of particpant, using challenging and sometimes high intensity pilates moves to work all areas of the body. Not recommeded for beginners or
clients with pre-existing injuries.
