Personal Training is done in the privacy of your own home. These sessions are ideal for everyone, especially individuals needing particular attention to specific ailments or injuries.
You can work at your own pace and have each session tailored to how you feel on the day. It's a wonderful way to do Pilates. I will work with you every step of the way providing advice and tips on how to continue your training outside of session times.
